“After thirty years of running, the IT band strain was my first-ever injury, and it was quickly followed by plantar’s fascitis. I was depressed, to say the least. I thought I would never run again. My physical therapist has done wonders, and I am much improved, but she suggested that I should also take up Pilates in order to avoid re-injury. I am SO pleased to find that Pilates feels great.
