Services

Our clients visit the studio for private Pilates and/or personal training sessions, one to four times each week. We include structured support (progress assessments) every 6 weeks to help clients achieve their goals for balance, flexibility, and core strength. And we provide top-of-the line cardio equipment for clients to use before their session, or during off-peak hours.
