Clients

We believe that one-on-one training is a highly effective (and fun) way to achieve and maintain fitness.

New clients complete an initial three months of regular Pilates and/or personal training sessions (1 to 4 times per week). Included are complementary goal/progress assessments at the beginning, middle, and end of this period. We continue to provide this structured support every 6 weeks for as long as our clients continue with their sessions.

We offer prospective clients an introductory training session and assessment. This helps us to understand the client’s goals and allows the client to experience our studio and staff prior to making a longer commitment to core fitness.
